1. All sale items are non-refundable or exchangeable.

  2. Orders placed using promo-codes or store credits are not eligible for returns/exchanges.

  3. Can I return a non-sale item for a refund?
    No. All purchases are non-refundable, however we do provide one for one exchange on a case-by-case basis.

  1. Received wrong items/Defective items?
    If you find your order to be wrong/ in rare cases of manufacturing defects, kindly email us at help@frameyewear.co with clear snapshots of the item/defective area. Any postage costs incurred will be fully absorbed by Frameyewear. Do return the items with its original packaging within 3 days for the exchange.
  1. How to return?

You will receive an email once we have received your return parcel. Please allow 2-3 working days for us to process your return order. Do note that, we will not be able to process your return if we do not receive your parcel.
